Pilates Teacher Training

Full Training

The FULL training program meets for 16 weeks 2x weekly.  Class schedule to be announced.   Class sizes are small and fill up quickly so first come, first served.  You must complete on-line application AND pay deposit to reserve your seat. **For each week we will have one make-up day to accommodate your schedule as best as possible.  These days will be determined as they are needed.**

Startup Program / Fundamentals

All modulars meet 2 times weekly for approximately 3-4 hours each, this allows rest and retention time for the material as well as time for practice.

Pilates Mat

An international, PMA Fostering Future Professionals Program that combines Classical and Progressive Pilates styles. Mat Pilates is the foundation of any Pilates Program and is a pre-requisite for the PSC Full Program (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair).  This is a 3  day workshop and is PMA approved for 12 CEC’s.

Reformer

All modulars meet 2 times weekly for approximately 3-4 hours each, this allows rest and retention time for the material as well as time for practice.  Program starts April 1, 2016 on Fridays from 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm and Saturdays 12:30 – 4:30 pm  and ends May 7, 2016.  12 CEC’s.

My Pilates is an affiliate of Pilates Sport Center which is internationally recognized and upholds all of the PMA criteria for a Pilates educational program.  Our teacher training Classes and workshops starts in June!!  Class sizes are small and seats are limited.
